We love getting involved in styled shoots, and sharing the inspiration they create with you here in our little corner of the world wide web. This alternative wedding shoot from last year was so much fun… and our something blue shoot from earlier in the summer was full of all the pretty! Today however, we wanted to share with you a boho inspired, festival themed photoshoot we were a part of just last month at Worcester Glamping.

There is a definite increase in the popularity of relaxed, and informal weddings, so when wedding photographer Tanya Flannagan approached us with her concept and ideas for a boho inspired, festival style photoshoot we were extremely excited to get involved.

The idea behind this shoot was that when it comes to your wedding, you don’t just have to pick one idea and roll with it – mix it up a bit and create your own day! The team that was pulled together were really keen to get across that a relaxed wedding can still have the classy and elegant look but also incorporate a slight twist.

The colour scheme of pretty pinks and gold mixed with organic dyed fabrics and bespoke pieces like that incredible denim jacket from Sammy Lea’s Retro Emporium, brings together a look that we are sure any fun loving bride would fall head over heels with. Floral hoops are a great alternative to bouquets for flower girls or bridesmaids and paired with the stunning bridal bouquet look incredible.

When it came to location – Worcester Glamping was the perfect venue for this shoot. Set up for luxury camping breaks with family or friends as well as available for exclusive hire for weddings, this relaxed and fun setting is a jewel in the Worcestershire countryside.

The models wore subtle and elegant bridal makeup, and the braids and waves resulted in beautiful boho hair that was finished off with gorgeous pearl hair accessories from Julieann Bird Designs. We supplied the incredible wedding dress from White One, as well as complimenting mix match bridesmaid dresses from Eliza & Ethan and Kenneth Winston; bridal shoes from Di by Diane Hassall and the gorgeous flower girl dress from Leila Rae.

If you have been inspired by this styled shoot, and would like to come in to our Worcestershire bridal boutique to find your dream wedding dress or perfect bridesmaid dresses, please click here for our appointment request page and we will be in touch as soon as possible. We can’t wait to meet you!
